Order Support
When contacting us about an order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
For damaged or incorrect items, photographs can help us understand and resolve the issue.
Please do not send payment card details or account passwords by email.
Cancellations and Address Changes
If you need to cancel an order or correct a delivery address, email us as soon as possible. These requests can only be processed before shipment.
Returns
To request a return, contact us before sending any items. We will provide authorization, a prepaid return label, and the correct return instructions.
